A Special Membership Meeting will be held on Tuesday February 2nd, 2010, in the Nash Auditorium at the Chedoke hospital site. This meeting is being called

NEXT MEMBERSHIP MEETING:  TUESDAY FEBRUARY 9, 2010
Beginning at 7:00 p.m. in Room 2V7 at the MUMC hospital site. Stewards - please advise the office of regrets if you are unable to attend.

Membership Meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of each month. Notices are faxed to off site locations, and notices are posted at least 7 days before each meeting date on the CUPE board at all HHS sites. You can also call the Union office at (905) 385-4555 for location information.

What happens at a union meeting?

• You can vote to decide union actions and policies
• You can be informed about current issues of concern to the union
• You can discuss workplace issues & exchange information
  with other members
• You can meet the officers of the Local and your fellow members.
