She should have known when to butt out!

Maybe the supervisor was feeling her oats. But you won't get much sympathy for that story from the CUPE Local 4800 member who was grabbed and pushed for having a cigarette in his hand.

The member was on his way out of the building for a smoke break, in the designated area which was used by other staff and patients.

As he took his cigarette out of the package (near the doors but still inside the building), a supervisor he did not know grabbed him and demanded he not smoke in the area.

When he pointed out that he was not smoking, the supervisor became furious, yelling at and berating the worker in front of patients and co-workers alike.

The member discussed the incident with police but declined to press charges.
