Technicians are a growing area of our membership. Health records technicians, for example, are working hard to create a seamless, portable health records system, a key area in which the health care system could be more efficient. Other technicians make sure patients get the right medications in the right dosage. Technicians of all classifications are among the most important people in the hospital.
